• Usage & Analytics Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and website interaction metrics collected to keep the platform secure and working well.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is strictly used for legitimate business operations:

• Building and maintaining your custom restaurant website and online ordering system.
• Delivering the design, content, and marketing services you purchase.
• Providing customer support, campaign analytics reports, and billing updates.
• Sending periodic marketing insights or service announcements (you may unsubscribe at any time).

3. Data Security & Non-Disclosure

We enforce strict data protection protocols. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or restaurant customer data to third-party data brokers. Access to client accounts is restricted strictly to authorized project managers and developers.

We use trusted providers to run our services: Stripe for card payments (we never store your full card details), secure cloud hosting and storage for your account and files, an email provider for sign-in codes and updates, and Calendly for consultation bookings. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
